Terms and conditions

• You may submit more than one photo. Photo(s) submitted must be your own original work.
• All photo(s) must be presented using a standard A3 size or smaller. 
• Please submit your registration forms, participation fees and your photo(s) to the CPU Office level 1 in Taylor’s College, Wisma Subang Jaya Campus. Kindly seal the entries in an envelope with your name on it. You may also choose to submit to our committee members if you are not a student of Taylor’s College and you happen to know them. Incomplete entries will not be entertained. 
• One soft copy of your photo(s) is needed, kindly submit it online to our email huo7com@yahoo.com or submit it with a CD together with your registration form and photo(s). 
• All participants are required to provide their full name, their contact details on the registration form and e-mail (if you choose to submit the photo online). If you are participating as a student of Taylor’s College, please include your student ID number as well. Please email us for a copy of the registration forms, if you do not have one. 
• The photo(s) must be appropriate to the theme which is The Environment. Please include a brief description of the photo and how it is connected to the environment. 
• Photo(s) should not be of obscene, offensive, explicit or defamatory of any person or otherwise illegal of content. Any photo(s) submitted will be at our sole discretion. 
• When submitting the photo(s) online, please change the file to your full name, i.e.: colinshafer.jpeg 
• The fee for each photo that will be submitted is RM 8 and RM 14 for two and additional RM 5 for any other additional photos. 
• Please note that one copy of your photo(s) will be displayed from the 31st October to the 4th of November at the Ground Floor of Canadian Pre-U, Taylor’s College, Wisma Subang Jaya Campus for judging.  
• Winners will be determined based on voting. 
• Winners will be announced at the end of the Hear Us Out 7 conference on the 12th of November 2011. 
• The contest will be open from 10th till 29th of October 2011. Any entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.
